WebI've double and triple checked everywhere and I cant find a definitive answer on whether or not the elemental shards mod is working correctly. Currently it does not give u the extra ability regen a normal well gives however it does proc other mods that require elemental wells to work. For example it does proc the font of wisdom mod.
