I actually admire those that have the pactience for this. I do agree that nothing beats a very gentle curve, something that sectional track like C track cannot do (with exception to the R9 curves). I did not want to poke fun at those who want to lay track.

Web28 nov. 2015 · Pull the tape out to 30 inches then add or subtract for half the roadbed width ( say 30 5/8" or 29 3/8") hold your pencil on the measurement and swing a nice curve. Near each end it helps to add a bit of easement which can be done by moving the adjoining straight track out a bit and letting the last foot or so of flextrack relax into a wider curve.
