It was around the bedroom window and trailers of ivy were also moving towards the porch. Eight years on, the landlord is trying to claim that the ivy has damaged the porch and the bedroom and that the tenant should pay. That said, if the neighbour does not respond to a further, polite, request to stop piling things up against the wall then I would suggest Stu contacts his solicitor - as a letter from him to the neighbour should have the desired effect.
