WebbDefinitely some people still do. I never used 3.9 but I don't understand the hate boner some people have for it. If you don't have memories with 3.9 and you don't love its exclusive themes and noteskins (good luck finding either for Outfox last time I checked, though that might have changed), there's no reason to use it, but some people do.
